Built in 1912, the All Seasons Bistro was originally opened as the Mayflower Hotel. The décor is reminiscent of an early 1900s dining room and features a black, green, and white checkerboard floor design, and a red ceiling, setting off the original artwork. The menu is seasonal, with an emphasis on locally sourced ingredients, and the restaurant is known for its fine collection of "older great red" Napa Valley wines. A wine shop is located in the rear of the restaurant, offering wine tastings and private dinners.
