The dress code at Crow’s Nest, which is located inside of The Hotel Captain Cook, is smart casual. But usually, when it comes to dress codes and dining in Alaska, it’s almost a non-issue, with comfort and warmth often taking precedence over “style.” You’ll see many people trading in their Prada garb for Prana activewear. However, the Crow’s Nest does have a few requests to keep in mind when dining at the upscale restaurant perched atop Tower 3 of The Captain Cook Hotel. Basically, no shorts, hats, flip-flops or sandals, and no sports attire. If you’ve forgotten something appropriate to wear, sarongs and pants are available.
