The scene at Chefs Club by FOOD & WINE is lively and upscale. When the restaurant debuted in June 2012, kicking off the 30th annual Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, the unique menu and visiting celebrity chefs set a tone for an exciting dining experience. It’s no surprise that the restaurant attracts those who are greatly interested in food and emerging American cuisine. Additional buzz has been generated by Food & Wine editors, who created custom wine and cocktail lists to coincide with the seasonally changing menu. Executive wine editor Ray Isle pairs wines with dishes, and Food & Wine contributing editor and FOOD & WINE Cocktails deputy editor Jim Meehan crafts an original selection of cocktails. In addition, the art displayed in the Aspen restaurant is curated each season by local artists, creating a full sensory experience for diners.
