Chefs Club by FOOD & WINE at The St Regis Aspen Resort is open for dinner seven days a week. You can dine there from 5:30 to 10 p.m. on Sunday through Thursday. The restaurant stays open until 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. The concept behind the restaurant is that Food & Wine magazine’s Best New Chefs make guest appearances in the kitchen to create seasonal menus two times a year. Chefs Club features an open kitchen and a popular chef’s table where you can watch as visiting chefs create their celebrated menus. The Aspen restaurant also has several private dining areas.
