Dugan’s is the tavern in Woodlands Grill and has a country-club-meets-sports-bar vibe with dark leather sofas, black wainscoting and trophy buck decorating a wood-burning fireplace. Two flat-screen TVs show sports games, and a large pool table dominates a side room overlooking the golf course at Barnsley Resort. The bar itself is small, with five large barstools, but wooden tables and armchairs dot the expansive lounge and invite relaxed cocktails after dinner or golf. (A word of warning: Dugan’s can get rowdy with groups from onsite weddings or corporate retreats taking place at the Forbes Travel Guide recommended hotel.) For an even more casual bar experience, head over to the outdoor Beer Garden, open seasonally on weekends, where you can lounge in Adirondack chairs and picnic tables around a large fire pit and enjoy live music. Find classic barbecue food such as bratwurst, pretzels, nachos and ice cream, and beers from American microbreweries (Fat Tire, Yuengling) or Germany (Spaten, Warsteiner).
Woodlands Grill offers a fully stocked bar with a nice range of domestic and imported beer by the bottles or on tap. We also offer three tiers of hard liquor, including outstanding Scotch and bourbon offerings, which is rounded out by an extensive wine list.
