Wit & Wisdom, located inside Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore, is open from 7 a.m. until 10 p.m., seven days a week, offering a variety of dining options. Breakfast is served 7 to 10:30 a.m. on weekdays. On weekends, choose from the full-range à la carte menu 7 a.m. until 1 p.m. or opt for the traditional brunch buffet from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. Lunch is available 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. daily. Dinner begins at 6 p.m. and continues until 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and service is extended from 5:30 until 10:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. If you’re at the Baltimore restaurant for dinner, try the North Carolina trout with rye dumplings in a cucumber broth. Sip slowly when you order the Jalisco Sour, with tequila, aperol, lime, agave and grapefruit marmalade; it’s so delicious, you’ll want to down it quickly. The popular Lounge Fare menu, featuring such sumptuous nibbles as chicken wings covered in a bourbon-soy glaze, is available 11:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and until 11:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
