Beijing's rose gold luxury retreat
VERIFIED LUXURY
The 222-room Fairmont Beijing strikes a stylish note in the city's Central Business District, with its hard-to-miss rose gold glass facade and bridge-shaped structure. Just a few blocks from Soho and a 10-minute drive from the commercial and retail Wangfujing district, the Forbes Travel Guide Recommended hotel offers a range of leisure amenities and dining options, as well as an excellent executive club.

The guest rooms are spacious, with an understated modern design emphasizing gold and Asian motifs. Nespresso machines, Bose sound system, bedside control panels and marble bathrooms with an advanced Toto washlet are included, while gold touches abound in the bell-shaped rainshower head and furniture upholstery. The decor carries through to the two-story marble lobby, with gilded desks at either end, an enormous trio of pink lotus flower paintings behind reception and an orange glass ribbon installation on the ceiling across the length of the lobby.
