There are many ways you can get a reservation at Noble Court, the elegant Cantonese restaurant located on the lower level of Grand Hyatt Beijing. The easiest option if you’re staying at the hotel is to ask the concierge to make a reservation for you; the friendly concierges have a desk toward the back of the hotel on the lobby level and can arrange a lunch or dinner for you in a flash. Alternatively, if you’re looking to book a table before you arrive in Beijing, call the restaurant at 86-10-8518-1234, extension 6024, or email it at firstname.lastname@example.org. But perhaps easiest of all is to use the online form on Noble Court’s website. Simply go to http://www.beijing.grand.hyatt.com/en/hotel/dining/NobleCourt.html and fill in your reservation details, indicating how many guests will be dining and your preferred time, also noting any special requests, if necessary.
The fine-dining restaurant is open for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, for dinner daily from 5:30 to 10 p.m. and for brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Reservations are preferred but aren’t totally necessary; when we last visited for dinner, there were many open tables. One caveat: If you’re looking to book one of the private rooms that can accommodate up to 20 diners, you’ll definitely want to reserve in advance.
