Old-school Hollywood glamour rules at this seeand- be-seen spot inside the historic Beverly Wilshire hotel. The sophisticated riffs on favorites—eggs Benedict with lobster and truffle hollandaise and sirloin burgers topped with foie gras—are as fabulous as the stylish surroundings.
