Given its downtown Boise location inside The Grove Hotel, Emilio’s caters to the breakfast crowd by opening at 6 a.m. during the week and at 7 a.m. on the weekends. At that hour, patrons can wake up with almond French toast, smoked salmon Benedict, smokehouse chicken crepes and other morning favorites. The restaurant remains open for lunch each day, offering midday fare ranging from ahi tuna burgers and chimichurri steak wraps to roasted turkey ciabatta sandwiches.
Emilio’s really comes alive during its dinner service, from 5 to 9 p.m. daily. Look forward to a spread of creative appetizers (lobster tail corn dogs, anyone?), artfully assembled salads and unique entrees composed of locally sourced ingredients such as Idaho ranch steak.
