The dining room, with its fiery red tones, leather seating, and lengthy bar, features a Latin theme, as does the interesting menu. Cuts of steak such as filet mignon and porterhouse are given a makeover with big, bold flavors in sauces like horseradish crema, cognac peppercorn, and chimi churri. Other non-steak options include a spinach quesadilla with shredded queso blanco, roasted corn salsa, and avocado crema; paella with saffron risotto; and boneless roasted halved chicken with maple bourbon glaze, baby greens, and mashed sweet potatoes.
