The cancellation policy at The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Boston is like most: Call ahead or you’ll have to pay anyway. It would be a shame to have to give up a few hours of complete bliss and sanctum at the spa, but things happen and sometimes an Oriental Foot Therapy or Rose Indulgence body wrap just doesn’t fit into the schedule at the last minute. We advise that you rebook immediately, but make sure you cancel your spa appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid paying any fees. If you don’t cancel within 24 hours, you’ll be charged the amount of your treatment on the credit card you used to hold the reservation with — a situation that could just cause you more stress. Keep calm and cancel a day ahead.
