Dancing, dinner, theater, ballet, arts - there's something for everyone in Boston.

If you're looking for a night out with DJs and dancing, head into "The Alley", a literal alleyway in Boston's Back Bay where you'll find dance clubs and bars featuring various music. It's also where you'll find plenty of bachelor and bachelorette parties, so be prepared to have your photo snapped throughout the night.

Around the corner from The Alley is the Theater District, where you can take in a show or pop into one of the nightclubs in the area. If you want to avoid the lines and just go straight to the club, make sure you get there before the nearby theater shows let out. The later in the night, the longer the wait.

In Fenway on Landsdowne Street is where you'll find the most popular night clubs, ranging in themes from grunge to acid rock and piano bars. The area is close to Boston University and Berklee, and is where you'll find a lot of students enjoying a great night out away from the books.

Boston is home to some of the most respectible chefs in the food business. If you're not in the mood for a raucous evening, turn the nightlife into a dinner party at one of Boston's hottest bars in the Back Bay. Sonsie, M Bar at the Mandarin Oriental Boston, Capital Grille and Towne are just a few of the places that make see-and-be-seen nightlife a lifestyle.
