If you’re craving gourmet pizza (and maybe a nice cold beer to accompany it), head to this restaurant and pub, a favorite with locals. The interior is dimly lit and has a nightclub feel. Build your own pizza from a list of toppings that includes Maytag blue, gouda, and goat cheeses; banana peppers; and barbecue sauce. Or you may just want to enjoy one of Bricks’ own creations, like the Ditka, a pizza tribute to the former Chicago Bears coach.
