The Essex Resort & Spa’s room service menu features breakfast, lunch and dinner options. For breakfast, you can choose from traditional options such as organic yogurt and muesli; organic steel-rolled oatmeal; fruit or smoothies; and egg white breakfast burritos. There are also egg dishes such as a French omelet; Cali benedict (with farm fresh eggs, avocado, grilled tomato and fresh sprouts on a toasted croissant with hollandaise); huevos rancheros; an English muffin sandwich; or eggs made to order. You can also order buttermilk pancakes or Belgian waffles.
The lunch menu at the Forbes Travel Guide recommended resort includes soup, salads, poutine, beef nachos and garden flatbreads, as well as bento boxes, burgers, sandwiches, wraps, fish tacos and more.
Dinner includes soups and salads as well as starters such as calamari schnitzel, Vermont Wagyu beef nachos and turkey lettuce wraps. Entrées include fish and chips; veal meatballs; mini lamb Reuben; a garden burger; chicken ‘n’ waffles with seasonal vegetables; burgers; and various steaks and kabobs. You can also order specialty cocktails, beer, wine, coffee and tea, as well as soft drinks.
