Husband-and-wife owners David and Karen Waltuck (he is the chef, she works the room) have served brilliant, unfussy, modern French fare for more than 20 years. The menu, handwritten each week, reflects the best products available from regional farmers, and the award-winning wine list makes meals here near perfect.
