Just off the lobby at Hotel Arista is Zorba Lounge, where you can grab a cocktail and appetizer. SugarToad, the adjacent eatery, boasts modern, seasonal cuisine made with local and regionally sourced ingredients as well as items from the restaurant’s own garden. To get to the rest of the restaurants on the property, step outside and take your pick of a few different options. Kafenío is a popular, cafeteria-style place to grab a breakfast sandwich or quick lunch before heading to a meeting next door.
All the food at Tap In Pub and Carvery is housemade — we recommend the chef’s daily selection of sliders — and the bar keeps local brews on tap, including Two Brothers and Revolution Brewery. CityGate Grille is the farthest distance from the Hotel Arista lobby, but you can always get a ride in the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star hotel’s hybrid SUV or little electric car. It is a great place for a romantic meal under the colorful mural of the Chicago city skyline.
