The room service menu at Park Hyatt Chicago includes items from NoMI Kitchen. The Chicago restaurant at the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star hotel is known for its sushi and you’ll find several different rolls on the room service menu, including the NoMI roll with spicy tuna, eel, cucumber and sancho. Starters include grilled flatbread and a cheese and charcuterie board, while soups and salads feature greens with shaved vegetables and buttermilk dressing and tomato basil soup with garlic chips, extra-virgin olive oil and crème fraiche. Sandwiches such as the grilled chicken panino and a Kobe beef burger with pickled garlic and shallots are also available. A list of "simply prepared" entrees includes market fish, roasted chicken, prime beef ribeye in a red wine butter and a NoMI Kitchen omelet.
