How is The Peninsula Chicago decorated for the holidays?

The Peninsula Chicago does it right when it comes to decorations for the holidays. The lobby is decked out with a Christmas tree and a huge menorah to celebrate the winter season. If those festivities aren't enough for you, opt to have your room decorated. This is something that we love because without decorations, it just doesn’t seem like the holiday season. Of course, it helps that Chicago is usually snowy during the winter,  creating the perfect scenery. Well, perfect if you are bundled up inside with hot cocoa in hand.

During Easter, The Children’s Lounge at this Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star hotel hosts an egg hunt and a magician. This just adds to the fun that you and your family will experience during a holiday visit to the Chicago hotel.

The Peninsula Chicago loves the holiday season. From the exterior to the guest suites, we decorate the entire hotel. The front entrance has garlands and twinkling lights. The Chinese guardian lions are festively dressed with wreaths. In The Lobby, there are multiple Christmas trees, some supporting the hotel’s Trees of Hope campaign for the Make a Wish Foundation. Each restaurant is decorated and the hotel places trees in suites and meeting rooms.
