This elegant dining destination is tucked away in the Hotel Hershey. Its circular
design—the idea of founder Milton S. Hershey—affords all guests, no matter

they are seated, unobstructed views of the exquisite formal gardens and reflecting
pools from the room’s soaring windows. The contemporary-American menu is
as refined as the restaurant’s surroundings, and changes seasonally to ensure only
the freshest and most flavorful ingredients are used. Past menus have included
cocoa-
braised beef short ribs, pulled pork shoulder with house-made sauerkraut, and
grilled beef filet with truffled dauphinoise potatoes. Decadent desserts feature many
choices for chocolate lovers, like warm chocolate soufflé, chocolate and blood orange
bombe, and the Chocolate Evolution, a tasting of chocolate.
