Under chef Eric Ziebold, CityZen serves modern American-French cuisine. Ziebold
offers new three-course prix-fixe menu monthly, including appetizers such as
purée of Savoy cabbage soup with a lobster custard, globe artichoke ravioli, sashimi
of Japanese hamachi and broiled Boston mackerel. Desserts include crispy brioche
bread pudding, a CityZen peanut butter cup or a chocolate mint julep. Ziebold also
offers a multicourse tasting menu, available as a vegetarian option. The restaurant and
the lounge, designed by the acclaimed Tony Chi, feel intimate despite the large space
and vaulted ceilings.
