Adjacent to Penrose Room is the Penrose Lounge, a cozy, elegant spot reminiscent of a wood-lined den in a stately English manor.
After the sun sets behind the lounge’s large picture windows, this handsome space that’s filled with comfortable couches and armchairs in shades of crimson, navy and ecru becomes dimly lit during the evening by table lamps and a crackling fire. Aperitifs, nightcaps and glasses of fine wine are the Penrose Lounge’s stock in trade, but if you’d like a bit to eat, the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star restaurant’s menu is available by request. Note that jackets are required for men and no denim is allowed.
Penrose Room has a warm lounge with a fireplace and stunning views of Cheyenne Mountain.
