Full bread-basket service at your table and the use of silver cloches to deliver entrées are two of the restaurant’s signature offerings, as is a coffee service that comes with a small dish of chocolate-covered espresso beans.
As for Boquin’s cuisine itself, everything we’ve ever been presented with was thoughtfully and artistically plated, though the visual elements always take a backseat to the flavors, which is of course how it should be.
