Executive chef Bertrand Bouquin also offers a five-course tasting menu for $59, or $89 with wine, beer or cocktail pairings. In general, expect prices to fall somewhere between $16 and $27 for individual items, with salads falling under the $10 mark and entrées running somewhere in the $20 to $30 range. The pricing here is a less expensive alternative to the Five-Star Penrose Room, but Summit maintains a higher level of sophistication than the other restaurants throughout The Broadmoor.
