Renaissance Columbus Downtown Hotel is located in the heart of downtown, just a few steps from the historic Ohio Statehouse and within a half-mile radius of numerous attractions. Guests can easily walk to a number of restaurants, as well as the new Columbus Commons and Scioto Mile parks, several historic theatres and playhouses, the COSI science center and Nationwide Arena. Also nearby are the Greater Columbus Convention Center, the historic grocer North Market and the lively Arena District, which is full of trendy bars and nightlife hotspots.
As is common in metropolitan areas, parking in downtown Columbus can be scarce. The Renaissance offers valet parking for $25 per day, or guests are welcome to self-park at nearby garages and surface lots, though those typically do not offer overnight parking. New to downtown Columbus is the bike share program, CoGo, which allows individuals to rent bicycles to travel about the city.
