This romantic restaurant is located in a 1912 English Tudor manor house. The beautiful decor (stained glass windows, stone fireplaces, and Oriental rugs) celebrates the artist and craftsman pioneer who came to Colorado seeking freedom and creativity in a natural setting. During its early years, the restaurant hosted such guests as Cary Grant, Bing Crosby, and Lawrence Welk. The hearty Colorado menu features creative and unique dishes such as roasted loin of Broken Arrow antelope and honey teriyaki marinated wild boar, and entrees are complemented by the extensive, award-winning wine list. During warm months, diners can enjoy their meals outside on the covered flagstone patio.
