Chef/owner Tom Douglas (a James Beard Award winner) and his wife Jackie Cross
(both also of Palace Kitchen and Etta’s Seafood) oversee this fun, artsy eatery in
the heart of downtown. Red walls, yellow pillars, glass sconces and chandeliers and
upholstered booths create a colorful, playful backdrop for boldly flavored Pacific
Northwest cuisine. The daily changing menu offers diners a variety of inventive beef,
seafood and poultry dishes. Diners with a sweet tooth can visit the Dahlia Bakery
next-door for take-home treats.
