You’ll want to dress to impress when dining in the refined Hôtel St. Germain Restaurant, as it’s one of the few remaining spots in Dallas that adheres to a strict dress code. With white tablecloths, crystal glassware and dim lighting, the atmosphere is elegant and formal. Denim is not permitted in the dining room, and gentlemen are required to wear a jacket. Should a gentleman arrive without a coat, the restaurant keeps a few jackets in various sizes on hand, and will discreetly ask you to don one for the evening. While ties aren't mandatory, you'll see most men donning suits or coats and ties in the dining room on the weekend. Servers are not exempt from the fancy dress code, as they sport tuxedos, bowties and white gloves.
