Located inside the Four Seasons Resort the Lodge at Koele, this fine-dining room is somewhat of an anachronism in laid-back Hawaii. The room is elegant and formal with white-linen topped tables, but there are distinct island influences as well. The food features American classics brought to life with local produce and seafood, showcased in dishes such as butter-poached lobster with salsify, fennel and caviar.
