This restaurant was originally built in 1922, part of a historic adobe building complex that dates back to 1826. Plenty of old-world charm and ambience remains, with bubbling fountains, beautiful tiled details, and intricate wrought iron work. The dining is indoors and outdoors in a courtyard, sometimes shaded, and sometimes drenched with sun. The Mexican food is delightful--with guacamole prepared tableside to your taste and lots of massive combo platters. A great place to split a couple of pitchers of margaritas and carouse with friends or enjoy a simple dinner with the whole family.
