This restaurant offers an exquisite seasonal menu of California cuisine served in a setting decorated with antique French Provencal furnishings, brocade tapestries and original oil paintings. Since 1984, Erna Kubin-Clanin has guided the kitchen toward farm-raised meats and local produce. Prix fixe menus change daily and consist
of six courses paired with three or four California or international wines. The 725-bottle wine list is overseen by Erna’s daughter Renée and includes several rare and cult California wines as well as many Austrian selections, in honor of Erna’s birthplace.
