Colin Bedford

Executive Chef

A native of England, Bedford came to the The Fearrington House in 2005 as Executive Sous Chef and took over as Executive Chef in 2008. Bedford’s culinary interest began early on, taking him from the Castle Hotel in Taunton, England to The Prince of Wales Hotel in Niagara on The Lake, Canada. Bedford continues our commitment to farm-to-table cuisine through partnerships with local farmers, using the finest ingredients from the region and the hotel’s gardens.
