Greg Teague is Barnsley Gardens Resort’s food and beverage director. While attending graduate school in pursuit of another field of study, he discovered the hospitality business, which quickly became career choice No. 1. A 13-year career with the Peasant Restaurants in Atlanta provided him with a sound foundation; Teague worked in various restaurant positions, from dishwasher to general manager. He then moved to the fledgling Barnsley Gardens Resort, an interesting new venture launched by Prince Hubertus Fugger of Bavaria, where he has been since 2001.
