Hervé Fucho

Executive Chef

Hervé Fucho joined Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong in 2008 as executive chef. Originally from Angoulême, France, where he attended culinary school, Fucho spent his first years fine-tuning his trade at various locations throughout Europe. Eventually, he accepted his first position with Four Seasons Hotels Los Angeles in the United States as chef saucier. He then joined the opening team for Four Seasons Hotel Caracas, Venezuela, as executive sous chef, prior to joining Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita, Mexico, in May 2002, and then Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong.
