Chef James Ngwan joined Altira Macau as executive chef in April 2012. Prior to assuming his current position, he had been working for City of Dreams as executive sous chef and was part of the opening team in 2009. James began his culinary journey in 1993 after completing culinary courses in Malaysia and has since worked with a number of major hotel brands including Shangri-La Hotel and Raffles Singapore.
