John Daly’s career has taken him from Le Méridien hotels in London and Boston to Four Seasons properties in Boston, Maui, Dallas and the West Indies — where Four Seasons Resort Nevis was voted Best Hotel in the World by Condé Nast Traveler during Daly’s tenure as Food & Beverage Director. At The Hotel Hershey, Daly is responsible for overseeing four full-service restaurants; a staff that grows seasonally from 250 to 400; and all banquet, beverage and culinary operations. Daly holds a degree in hotel and catering management from Galway Regional Technical College.
