Kai rejoined The Peninsula Chicago in 2014 as the director of food and beverage after leading the Redstone American Grill as the corporate executive chef. Kai previously held positions as executive chef at The Peninsula Chicago, Ritz-Carlton and The Sutton Place Hotel. With over 30 years’ experience in fine dining, Kai is a tremendous asset in overseeing all hotel restaurants, banquets, pastry and bar.
