A world traveler, writer, lecturer and trainer in the hospitality industry, Michael Romei has been chef concierge at Waldorf Astoria/The Waldorf Towers for 19 years, prior to which he was chef concierge of the Boca Raton Resort & Club for five years. He holds an MA in international business from New York University, where he is a faculty member in the Continuing Education Hospitality Program.
