What bars does Westgate Park City Resort & Spa have?

Westgate Park City Resort & Spa’s Drafts Sports Bar & Grill offers a lengthy beer list that includes 20 locally brewed drafts and some 30 bottled beers. The beverages menu includes favorites such as Brigham’s Brew and Brainless Belgium from Park City’s own breweries. Or, order Draft’s signature pale ale, which has an unfiltered Northwestern style. For those who can’t decide which beer they’d like to try, Drafts offers beer flights with a selection of light to dark beers for sampling. Drafts has wine selections, too, but for an even larger selection, head to Edge Steakhouse, which stores more than 1,100 bottles in a glass-walled room inside the restaurant.

What’s the best time to visit Westgate Park City Resort & Spa?

No matter what time of year you visit Westgate Park City Resort & Spa, you’ll find something amazing to do on the property. Visit in the winter and you’ll enjoy ski-in, ski-out access to the Canyons resort and its 182 ski and snowboarding trails, plus easy access to adventures such as a dog sledding, snow tubing and guided snowshoe tours. In the spring and summer, hop on the nearby Red Pine Gondola and be whisked to higher altitudes for mixed-used hiking and mountain biking paths. An outdoor concert series and farmer’s markets are found near the property, too, and Park City’s warm but not too hot temperatures make it easy to spend plenty of time outdoors. In the fall, the leaves turn to stunning shades of orange, red and yellow, and every balcony offers a picture worthy view of the gorgeous mountain landscape.

What kinds of massages are offered at Serenity Spa by Westgate?

Serenity Spa by Westgate offers five types of massages: Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, sacred stone and essential healing aromatherapy. Massages can be booked in 50- to 80-minute increments. To customize your massage, choose one or more add-ons from the spa’s menu of 15-minute massage enhancements. To minimize the damaging effects of Utah’s dry climate, add a dry brush exfoliation. This treatment scrubs skin before the massage for better moisture retention. There’s also a relaxing foot relief ritual with a sugar rub and shea butter body balm application or a hot oil scalp treatment, among other choices. Most of the add-ons cost $15 with the exception of the serenity-for-two couples massage upgrade, which costs $20.

    Where is Edge Steakhouse located?

Edge Steakhouse is located at 3000 Canyons Resort Drive in Park City, Utah. On-property at Westgate Park City Resort & Spa, Edge Steakhouse has private access and a lower-level, walkout location that makes it easy to find even if you’re not staying at the resort. A large parking lot just outside the restaurant doors makes it unnecessary to walk through the hotel lobby to access the steakhouse. In fact, the restaurant doesn’t even open into the hotel — guests will need to exit on the mountainside of the resort to enter Edge Steakhouse. Westgate Park City Resort & Spa is located at the base of the Canyons, an all-seasons resort in the heart of Park City.

What is the dress code at Edge Steakhouse?

The dress code at Edge Steakhouse is business casual. It’s not an ultra-formal establishment, but Edge is more glamorous than you might expect a mountainside restaurant to be. Housed on the bottom level of the Westgate Park City Resort & Spa (which is set at the base of the all-seasons Canyons mountain resort), Edge provides an escape from the anything-goes, mountain casual dress you’ll find at many area restaurants. It’s not ultra formal, but the backlit onyx bar, glass-walled wine room and chic chandeliers call for a more glamorous, put-together look.

How do I get a reservation at Edge Steakhouse?

Edge Steakhouse at Westgate Park City Resort & Spa is an award-winning steakhouse serving traditional favorites with artistic flair. Reservations are recommended in all seasons — especially during the wintertime when the large resort is booked solid with ski and snowboarding guests. For a romantic dining experience, request a plush banquette with overhanging drum-and-glass chandelier. For après ski, request a table by the stone-clad fireplace. If you’re a wine lover, you can request a table with a view into the glass-walled wine room at the rear of the restaurant. Edge isn’t a large restaurant, so there isn’t really a bad table anywhere. Unless, of course, you can’t get a table — which may happen if you stroll in without a reservation during the busy winter months. Edge is also available for private parties or events. You can book at table at Edge Steakhouse by calling 435-655-2260 extension 40060, or click the link to OpenTable.com on the restaurant’s website.

Where is The Chateaux Deer Valley located?

The Chateaux Deer Valley is located at 7815 Royal Street East. Mid-mountain at Deer Valley Resort, the hotel is within walking distance of ski lifts at the famed skiers-only resort. Part of the Silver Lake Village, The Chateaux Deer Valley is surrounded by other hotels, restaurants and small shops, plus some condos and private homes. Because of its mountainside location, The Chateaux Deer Valley is removed from Park City’s lively Main Street. Luckily, the hotel’s complimentary shuttle service makes it easy to get there in less than 10 minutes. Back at the luxury hotel, you can downhill or cross-country ski in the winter, hike and bike on the high country trails in the summer, book a massage at Le Spa Chateaux or sit in the heated pool and simply enjoy the stunning mountainside vistas.
