Pascal Gaudio is originally from Quebec, Canada, but now lives in the peaceful capital city of Helsinki, Finland. Because of his passion for food, culture and travel, from 1996 to 2006, he split his time between work, studies, volunteering and traveling in Africa, the Middle East, Europe and Asia. Since 2009, Pascal has worked as a chef concierge at Hotel Haven, Finland’s first member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World. He is currently the president of Les Clefs d’Or Finland.

    Finland is a must destination for any ice hockey fan. Helsinki alone has two teams playing in the national league: founded in 1897 the HIFK team playing in the small with only 8200 seats but atmospheric Helsinki Ice Hall and founded in 1967 the JOKERIT team playing in the modern Hartwall Areena with 13349 seats. Beside a match of NHL calibre, you will witness a real crowd war wearing their favourite team colours and fighting with partisan songs.
