With 15 years of experience in the hospitality and culinary industry, Ryan Swanson has developed an extensive background in luxury and world-class service. Before becoming chef de cuisine at Kai, Swanson was sous chef at Kai, chef de partie at Ko'Sin Restaurant and helped open the Chef's Club in Aspen. Swanson also apprenticed under Vincent Guerithault, one of the few James Beard Award winners in the Southwest
