Scott Conant


One of New York’s most respected chefs, Scott Conant opened Scarpetta at Montage Beverly Hills in 2010, following rave critical reviews and enthusiastic followings for his Scarpetta restaurants in New York and Miami. The Italian-American Culinary Institute of America grad — who took his first cooking class at age 11 — also oversees Scarpetta in Toronto and Las Vegas, as well as Las Vegas’ D.O.C.G. wine bar. Conant is a cookbook author and frequent Food Network contributor.
