Thomas Bellec

Executive Chef

As executive chef of Four Seasons Hotel Toronto, Thomas Bellec is charged with creating menus for as many as 400 people in the hotel’s largest event space, along with overseeing several other venues and in-room dining. Raised in Brittany, France, Bellec was inspired to cook by his grandparents, who ran a renowned bakery. Bellec trained in the classical tradition in his hometown and worked at several French restaurants before joining Four Seasons Hotel Toronto at its previous location in 1999. Since then, his Four Seasons experience has included time in Boston, Hawaii and Uruguay.
