Todd Kelly is responsible for all culinary operations in the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza’s restaurants, room service and banquets, managing a staff of 170. He also maintains the standard of quality and service that has made the hotel famous for 80 years. Todd was named the American Culinary Federation’s 2011 USA Chef of the Year. He has spent 20+ years in the industry, including at Starwood Hotels, Peter James Townhouse in Charlotte and Rubicon in San Francisco.
