Tony Yousfi is ARIA's vice president of sales. He began his hospitality career at Bellagio, working in both the convention services and sales departments, before serving as national sales manager at ARIA. He holds a BA in communications from San Diego State University and is a member of Meeting Professionals International, the American Society of Assoc. Executives, and Financial & Insurance Conference Planners.

    What conference rooms are available at ARIA Resort & Casino?

    ARIA provides a premier Las Vegas meeting experience, featuring 300,000 square feet of technologically advanced meeting and pre-function space able to accommodate groups from 10 to 5,000 attendees. Three levels of flexible space feature four ballrooms (three of which offer fully functioning theatrical stages) ranging in size from 20,000 to 51,000 square feet.

    Two executive boardrooms are designed for intimate meetings with intricate presentation requirements such as video conferencing and incredible technology that takes production and execution to a new level.

    Each level offers meeting rooms and two registration desks with office space to host smaller programs with requirements of 800 to 3,400 square feet. All rooms feature built-in projection systems, drop-down projection screens and electronic control panels. Multiple loading docks and drive-in ramps make setup and teardown efficient, and megavators provide convenient access for moving equipment to the upper levels.

    ARIA's convention services consists of a highly skilled team of knowledgeable and dedicated services managers who are the liaisons for every detail of the program, from room setups to rooming lists and group tickets. Additional support comes from catering managers and banquet staff to ensure every event is executed flawlessly.

    Our convention concierge is available to assist with onsite requests, making sure function rooms are refreshed and reset while ensuring provisions for the meetings are implemented as planned.

    All technical needs — from audiovisual to full-scale event production — are coordinated by ARIA's skilled and experienced in-house convention technical services department.

    The Business Services Center is conveniently located at the entrance to the Convention Center and provides multiple services, such as Internet access, office services and supplies, communication rentals, shipping and receiving, and rental of private mini-suites.
