At this upscale downtown restaurant, an over-the-top, under-the-sea theme dominates
the atmosphere and the menu. Pat Kuleto designed the unique space, with its porthole
windows, nautical scenes, mosaic mural ceiling, shell-patterned chairs and jellyfish
chandeliers. The fare changes daily but includes options like housemade caviar,
pan-
roasted king salmon, Rhode Island striped bass and oysters on the half shell. Grilled fillet of beef and a few other non-seafood items are also available.
