What kind of massages are offered at Relâche Spa & Salon?

The only problem you’ll have with the list of massages offered at Relâche Spa & Salon is choosing. You can have a classic massage (cause why mess with a good thing) or try something new and different (cause you’re in good hands). Either way, the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star Florida spa will help you loosen up. Traditional massage treatments include the spa’s signature massage (a customized Swedish massage) as well as deep tissue, hot stone or aromatherapy massages.

Moms-to-be can also choose between two pre-natal massages: the Mellow Mama, an all-over rubdown, and the Free Your Mind, which targets the head, neck and shoulders. For something a bit different, we recommend trying the spa’s Lemongrass Ritual. The energizing treatment targets specific pressure points and uses a soothing heated herbal poultice and an aromatic lemongrass infused herbal oil to loosen you up and increase lymphatic drainage.

If you’ve been pounding the pavement at nearby Disneyworld or making the convention rounds, book the spa’s Sole Rejuvenation massage. The treatment involves a good scrub, massage and cooling gel to revive tired feet. Yoga fans will like the Thai massage. The bendy treatment takes place on a mat and has you stretching muscles you didn’t even know you had. If you’re a fan of hot stone treatments, you’ll love the spa’s Bamboo Massage, which is kind of like taking a rolling pin to your muscles. The spa’s Hydro-Therapy Treatment heals sore muscles using a water pressure wand and a variety of bath salts (you’ll need a bathing suit for this one). Crunched for time? The Back in a Minute is a too quick 25 minutes but it does the trick for those bothersome little pinches.

In 50 (or 80) minutes, your brain will be too fuzzy to remember that fight over where to go for dinner the night before. All you have to do is choose from either Swedish, aromatherapy or deep tissue massage as you settle into your treatment at the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star Florida spa. You can also boost your massage by adding warm stones, scalp treatments or an exfoliation for your hands and feet.

What is the cancellation policy at Relâche Spa & Salon?

Relâche Spa & Salon has a simple cancellation policy. If you can’t make your treatment for any reason, the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star spa asks that you cancel your scheduled appointment at least six hours in advance to avoid paying a fee. If you call the Florida spa less than six hours ahead of your appointment time, you’ll be charged a fee of $35. If you flake out and don’t call at all, you’ll unfortunately have to pay for the full price of your treatment. Also keep in mind that if you arrive late to your appointment, you will only receive what’s left in your time slot but still have to spring for the full treatment so be sure to give yourself plenty of time to get there.

What restaurants does Ojai Valley Inn and Spa have?

Just because you’re staying at a Californian spa oasis doesn’t mean you’ll be subjected to eating salads and wheatgrass the entire time  — though you can if you prefer. The Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star Ojai Valley Inn & Spa has a diverse array of restaurants that feature fresh produce from the Inn’s bountiful garden, as well as other local farmers.

Maravilla is the Inn’s premier dinner venue, featuring prime steaks, chops and seafood selections and an award-winning wine list to match. For a more casual dining experience, the Oak Grill (open for breakfast, lunch and dinner) specializes in freshly prepared salads, sandwiches, burgers, pastas and grilled items like maple salmon and slow cooked beef short ribs. There’s also a plentiful breakfast buffet on the weekends, along with an à la carte menu (think organic egg dishes, housemade granola) seven days a week. Forbes Travel Guide editors couldn’t get enough of the views: sweeping mountain vistas and 200-year old oak trees.

Despite the name, Jimmy’s Pub can be enjoyed by diners of all ages. The casual eatery offers cracker thin, brick oven pizzas, juicy burgers, freshly prepared salads and bar appetizers like Buffalo chicken wings. Pair them with distinctive California micro-brewed beers, signature margaritas, a robust spirits list and crisp Central Coast wines. And to round off the pub experience, sports enthusiasts will appreciate the 60” plasma TV screens too.

Spa-goers will love Café Verde, the Inn’s spa lunch destination. Dine indoors or on the terrace overlooking the pool, where you can order fruit smoothies and other refreshments. While the menu features lighter fare such as an organic salmon wrap and an heirloom tomato salad, you can also treat yourself to a burger with sweet potato fries.  And to keep you alert throughout your trip, Joe ‘n’ Go serves a variety of coffee drinks, quick-serve salads and sandwiches for breakfast and lunch.

What’s the best time to visit The Ritz-Carlton, Sanya?

Situated along the southernmost tip of Hainan and parallel to central Vietnam’s eastern shores, tropical Sanya enjoys warm, sunny weather throughout the year, which makes most anytime a good time to visit The Ritz-Carlton, Sanya. That said, we think the best time to plan a stay at this luxury resort might be in November and March, before the area’s peak high season begins in mid-November and when it begins to tail off in March and April. Even if you do visit during Sanya’s high tourism season, the beach hotel has more than enough room to comfortably accommodate near-capacity crowds, with 450 guest rooms, suites and villas, seven restaurants, four swimming pools and the largest luxury spa in the area.

What restaurants does The Ritz-Carlton, Sanya have?

In addition to around-the-clock room service, The Ritz-Carlton, Sanya’s “Culinary Shell” includes seven restaurants specializing in a variety of expertly prepared international and local cuisines.

Most guests at this luxury Sanya resort start the day with an appetizing breakfast buffet at Fresh 8, a contemporary all-day dining restaurant with high ceilings, expansive windows and a pleasant outdoor terrace. Here, eight live cooking stations include everything from grilled meats to desserts, with both the morning and evening buffets featuring a tempting mix of Western and Eastern foods. Fresh 8’s Hainan barbecue dinner is particularly popular.

Located on The Ritz-Carlton, Sanya’s third floor, contemporary Sofia is the resort’s signature Italian restaurant and an excellent choice if you’re craving housemade pastas and pizzas; try the black squid ink tagliolini with fresh crab meat. Pearl, meanwhile, is an exquisitely designed and decorated Chinese restaurant serving an encyclopedic menu of Cantonese classics, grilled meats and live seafood. The resort’s most romantic restaurant, however, is appropriately named Sand, a beachside eatery where you can indulge barbecued seafood and meats under the stars.

Be sure to stop by the luxury hotel’s open-air lobby bar Scene for a pre- or post-dinner specialty cocktail or glass of wine, too.
