The Four Seasons is a true New York classic. Since 1959, this Philip Johnson and Mies
van der Rohe-designed room has been the de facto dining room of media powerhouses,
financial movers and shakers, legal deal-makers and the generally
fabulous
crowd that follows them. Lunch can be an exercise in connect-the-famous-
faces.
The food at the Four Seasons is simple but well prepared and takes its cues from
around the world. You’ll find classic French entrées as well as more contemporary
American fare accented with flavors borrowed from Asia, Morocco and Latin
America. Expect a high tariff to match the high-octane people-watching.
