Authentic Cantonese cuisine is the star of the show at Grand Chau-Chow, a fast-paced restaurant featuring fresh fish brought straight from the tank to the flame to your plate, as well as traditional fare like spicy, fried, salted squid; steamed flounder; and clams in black bean sauce. The only issue with Grand Chau-Chow may be the fact that it seems to have a beat-the-clock mentality when it comes to serving you your meal. Expect to feel rushed, but good food has its price.
