A restaurant with the word “grill” in its name may sound like a local joint where
burgers, fries and perhaps a cold pint of beer are the specialties. The food at Salt,
however, is decidedly more refined. The menu of seasonal, regional American fare
is tinged with global flavors with plenty of grilled fish, meat and vegetarian options.
The formal dining room has views of the Atlantic, which makes a seat at a window
table in the dining room a worthwhile choice. The wine list features approximately
500 selections to match any taste.
